This Privacy Policy Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("Visitor", "User") and Platinum Services SA which sets out the terms and conditions for the use of this site, the privacy policy and the protection of personal data, as defined below.
DATA SECURITY
Personal data provided will only be used for the stated purpose of this agreement. The data will be used for e-mail communications, to obtain own statistics, to inform other means of communication about further actions. The information received will not be made available to any natural person, legal entity, institution, unless they are requested justified by law enforcement authorities or if Platinum Services SA is abused in any way. We respect and guarantee the confidentiality of data and undertake not to pass on personal data to third parties. Platinum Services SA guarantees that it will respect the rights imposed by Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and their free circulation. Any user who has explicitly provided his or her e-mail address on the pse.be site or from other sources may request the deletion of the data by sending a written request to Info@pse.be.
Platinum Services NV does not assume responsibility for the loss of information due to errors or possible security problems of third party actions. As of 25 May 2018, the new General Regulation on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR) applies. Platinum Services Ltd has taken care of your personal data until now and will continue to do so. We will detail what your personal data is and how we use it, with your consent.
A. What data do we collect? There are two types of information we collect:
"Personal information" - which may identify you, including first name, last name, email address, phone number or gender. Every time you enter the site, in forms on Facebook or Google, it is subject to the privacy policy imposed by the GDPR :

How we collect data We collect information about you in three ways: - Directly - when you visit the site or when you subscribe to the www.pse.be online newsletter - Indirectly - when you contact us to request a service offer, in which case your data is entered into the CRM (Customer relationship management) system for better measurement of business activity. - From third parties - we may obtain information about you and from third parties who mine data through cookies, such as: the Google or Facebook advertising networks. - At any time, you can request the deletion of your data by sending us an email to Info@pse.be, which will delete all data about you within a maximum of 24 hours. At the same time, if you have chosen to subscribe to the newsletter, in every email received from us there will be an unsubscribe link, the pressing of which will result in the automatic deletion of the data and you will never receive any information from us.
C. How we use the data we collect We, and our advertising service providers, may use the information we collect about you for the following purposes: - To personalise the advertising we show you - To provide you with technical support related to our services; - To provide you with requested services

WE MONITOR THE INFORMATION WE OBTAIN
We may use your data to identify the parts of the site that interest you or your advertising preferences. We then use this information to show you advertisements and pages that we think may be of interest to you, to personalise the way we communicate or to personalise the content of communications we send to you. Personalizing content means including information that reflects your interest in the content of the pages or that we believe may be of interest to you and improve the way we serve your needs.

TRANSFER OF DATA
The information we collect may be stored and processed in any of the countries in which we operate to enable us to use the information in accordance with this privacy policy. If you are in the European Union, the information you provide may be transferred to countries that do not apply the GDPR, which is equivalent to the EU's data protection regulation.
PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
We respect the confidentiality according to the GDPR regarding the personal data obtained through the newsletter registration forms. The personal data is of standard type (First name, Last name, Email, Company) and we do not process or use sensitive Personal Data (political or sexual orientation, religious philosophies, etc). Visitors can accept or decline the use of data for marketing processes, such as sending newsletters, but it is not used for any other purpose than those mentioned and will never be transferred to other parties.
By expressing your consent in writing in the dedicated boxes at the time of registration, you express your consent to the processing and storage of the data, and at any time you can request their deletion by e-mail to Info@pse.be, in which case your data will be deleted within 24 hours, or automatically by accessing the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter, in which case your data will be deleted automatically and you will never receive any further e-mail communications. Personal data is stored on secure servers.

We take both technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss or alteration of your information. Data transmission over the Internet is inherently insecure and we cannot guarantee the security of data stored locally. To enhance security, we store data on secure cloud servers through AWS.

Cookies Platinum Services Europe does not use cookies. 2.2. Remarketing/targeting and web analytics: We use remarketing and retargeting to make our offers for internet users more relevant and to continuously improve our advertising offer and marketing operations. This technique enables us to bring Internet users, who have already shown interest in our site or sub-sites, via an advertisement for Connection in the form of a banner or poster ad. For this purpose, the recorded navigation is analysed by means of a suitable tool based on an algorithm. The insertion of these advertisements on the pages of our partners is based on cookies and the analysis of the user's behaviour on the website. 2.3. Google Remarketing On our website, we use the remarketing function "Google AdWords", which is a service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This technology allows us to automatically switch to targeted advertising after visiting our website. This advertising relates to the products and services you clicked on during your visit and is generated through the use of Google cookies.
Google normally records information such as your web request, IP address, browser type and language, date and time of your request for this purpose. This information is only used to associate the web browser with a particular computer and cannot be used to identify an individual.
If you do not wish to receive advertising from Google based on your web activity, simply disable the corresponding option in the Google ad management settings.

Google AdWords & Conversion Tracking To attract attention to our products, we use Google AdWords ads and, as part of these, the "Conversion Tracking" tool, which is a service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. These ads appear after searches on sites in the Google network. We may associate our ads with specific keywords. Using cookies, our ads are based on the same user's visits to our website.

This technology allows Google and ultimately us as a customer to know that a user has clicked on an ad that redirected him to our web pages. HubSpot We use HubSpot on our sites. It is a software package that covers different aspects of our online marketing. Custom Audiences / Individualised Advertising 3.1. Advertising on partner sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google): We use the Custom Audiences procedure on our website. This procedure allows us to transmit our users' data to our partners Facebook, linkedin, Twitter and Google. Our partners compare this data with the data in the user profiles and, if there is a match, can send targeted and tailored information about our products and services. The following categories of personal information are transmitted: e-mail address, mobile phone number. The hash procedure is used to transmit the data. This procedure allows data to be transmitted using a pseudonym. The purpose of processing your personal data is to optimise the advertising measures and to orient them towards your needs. It is possible that your data is processed by our partners in the USA. Facebook, linkedIn, Twitter and Google participate in the EU-US Data Protection Shield agreement ensuring an adequate level of data protection. Unless you object, your data will be stored and transmitted to our partners. You have the possibility to object to the processing of your personal data by Custom Audience. Facebook Custom Audience On our websites, we use the "Facebook-Pixel" of Facebook Inc. 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). This makes it possible to track the behaviour of users after they have seen or clicked on an advertisement on Facebook. This procedure is used to evaluate the effectiveness of advertisements on Facebook for statistical and market research purposes and can thus help to optimise advertising operations.
The data collected is for us anonymous and therefore gives us no way to identify users. However, the Facebook data is stored and processed in such a way that a link to the user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Facebook's data usage policy. You may allow Facebook and its partners access to advertisements on and off Facebook. For this purpose, it is also possible to save a cookie on your computer. In order to generally refuse the use of cookies on your computer, you can set your internet browser so that it will no longer be possible to store cookies on your computer in the future and so that cookies that have already been set are deleted.
